Meet Our Doctor
Eftihia Thomopoulos, DDS
Dr. Eftihia Thomopoulos, or “Doctor Effie,” received her bachelor’s degree from New York University in biology. She continued studying at NYU for dental school, graduating in 1990. She completed her residency at Flushing Meadow Hospital. Dr. Effie continues her education constantly, attending monthly CE classes to stay abreast of the latest advances in the dental field. Dr. Effie’s goal as your dentist is to provide care in a manner that is reminiscent of a private family practice combined with current techniques.
As of 2016, Dr. Effie has started working at Flushing Hospital.
Dr. Effie is a Queens native, and she has been practicing in the [city], [state], area for over 20 years. “I love what I do,” says Dr. Effie. “I have great patients and it’s very rewarding to change someone’s smile for the better.” She is well known for her gentle, light touch during each and every treatment.
Dr. Effie is a member of the Junior Women’s Club of Bellerose Village. She is also the secretary and a lifetime member of the Benevolent Society of Eleftheriani, a Greek society. Dr. Effie enjoys yoga and is a book club member. She also speaks Greek.
